    Thanks for posting. In general, anything that is physical and makes you focus on breathing is probably helpful in this regard. If I am having trouble sleeping, I make sure to get more exercise. My preferred exercise is walking. Walking is not Tai-Chi, but it is repetitive movement with steady breathing, and it does the trick.
