Headaches and dizziness

I'm 4 years cancer-free from early stage IDC. Lymph nodes were negative. I had a lumpectomy/chemo/radiation. Thank the Dear Lord. However, I began to be dizzy sometime in April. I went for my yearly checkup with my oncologist, I mentioned it to him. I expressed concerns about brain metastasis. He diagnosed it as positional vertigo and prescribed Antevert. I took it for a while, but stopped when symptoms were tolerable. Now I'm having headaches and dizziness with a bit more frequenzy and intensity on a daily basis. I don't know which way to go at this point. Should I go see my internist, ENT, or contact my oncologist again. I'm in a quandry, and very concerned.

Do you suffer with your neck or jaw at all, in terms of pain or stiffness? The reason I ask is because I do and I suffer headaches, nausea & sometimes dizzyness & have had scans etc and have arthritis. I am now on a cocktail of drugs to control it. I've also have vertigo & it's horrible - so know how worrying it must be for you.
