Depression, severe breast pain and noone to share

I have multiple cysts in my breast which is making my life miserable. The cysts are pea size small but they are very painful. I can not wear bra for a minute because of pain. I live in a house with my family including 2 brothers...it gets very awkward when I am around them with no bra..Also, I haven't tell anyone in my family not even my mother that I have breast condition. I can't share this with my 50 year old mother because her blood pressure shoots up on minor things...I don't know how she will react when I will tell her....This makes me so depress because I am suffering alone..I have noone to share. I am single and have no close friend because I am extremely shy and social anxious person.
