Question about lumps

is it possible to only feel a lump, or hard spot, while upright? I have 1 lump that I am having biospsied Monday but it feel like I have a hard spot while I am upright as well that is tender. Same area but closer to middle of my chest on the inside. I have mostly fatty breasts so low density.
