Lump since puberty!

Hello! I am 27 years old and since I was 15 I have had a lump right under my nipple. It came up overnight when I was in high school. It is round, hardand slightly moves when I touch it. I've had two pregnancies and a breast exam and they have never said anything about it! I have never brought it up because technically it's been there since I have had breasts! Anyway since it's been there for 12 years with no change I'm guessing it couldn't be something bad? It used to get swollen before my period and then get smaller, but it doesn't do that anymore. Anyone have advice?
