Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia in a Fibroadenoma

Hi there! I'm 25 years old and recently discovered that I have Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia in a Fibroadenoma. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this and what the outcome was? The doctors said I am at a higher risk for breast cancer. Also, what is the recovery like? I am scheduled to have surgery on Monday and have my stepdad's funeral on Wednesday. Is this doable?
