not much I can do about it now, but how much do I need to worry? I haven't worn it at all for over a year because i havent needed it. My LE was never really terrible. That's why I forgot it!! Ugh.....i really don't need a worry damper on vacation!

Hey Jenn, I have flown many times including long hall from Aus to Europe with out my sleeve and have suffered no ill effect. Mine also is not severe but I did do some movements while sitting in the plane and definitely once I was back on the ground.

Hope you are fine and enjoy your vacation.

    Love n hugs. Chrissy

I've sometimes not worn my sleeve on short flights, but do on longer ones as I feel some discomfort otherwise. My LE has completely subsided right now. Remission seems an odd word for it, but accurate?

Some things that help with and without a sleeve. Move around on the flight. Pump your arm up and down at least each 15 minutes. Do LE massage. Drink lots of water and avoid salt and alcohol. You can do LE deep breathing exercises in your seat. When off the flight, jump up and down or jog. This helps get lymph fluid moving throughout your body.

    You will probably do fine.

thank you everyone! I'm less worried now. And I caught one of my travel buddies before she left - she is stopping at my house on her way to the airport!
