Green white discharge and multiple simple cysts ?

I am 26 years old with multiple small simple cysts in both of my breast. I usually have green navy discharge from 1 duct and light green discharge from another duct in right breast and white-yellow (sometimes colorless) discharge from left breast. The discharge only comes if I squeeze my nipples. It have water like consistency.

I don't have any children and do not take any medicines. I was wondering if discharge is common for people with multiple simple cysts like me. Should I talk to my breast surgeon? What will be some other reasons for discharge ?
