Papillary adenocarcinoma, 6 small tumors - worried.

Had 6 additional biopsies last week - final report:

right - 1.4 x .9 x .8 cm IDC 3 cm 12:00, grade 1

5 mm 11:00 - 16 cm from nipple IDC, grade 1

5 mm 12:00 - 8 cm from nipple papillary adenocarcinoma low to intermediate nuclear grade

left - .8 x .5 x .5 cm IDC grade 1 1:00, 8 cm from nipple

1.4 x .9 x .6 DCIS 4:00, 10 cm from nipple

No evidence of suspicious regional lymphadenopathy on either side.

Having a bilateral mastectomy based on the 3 in the right side before knowing about the 2 in the left.

The medical oncologist told me before the left results that as long as the lymph nodes were clear and nothing showed up

as her2, then I would not have to take chemo or have radiation. All the IDC is ER+PR+Her2- , but nothing was said on the

report about the papillary adenocarcinoma. I know all of this is small, but seems to be a lot of it. Glad I decided on a bmx, but

worried about the final pathology.

Any thoughts or advice or knowledge about this stuff?

Thanks,

Karen
