Thanks for sharing! It is great to see the progress of the liquid biopsy in cancer treatment and research. It is minimally invasive compared to the more popular tissue biopsy, but there are still some wrinkles that need to be ironed out such as standardizing the methods and a series of clinical trials in order to validate is as an ongoing research tool.

Sorry, I did not introduce myself. My name is Nikolas. I work in clinical research, storing and distributing human tissue samples for research purposes. Many of our clients work in breast cancer treatment.

I am so glad to see some progress being made toward incorporating these tests into plans of care. I think that they hold the potential to minimize a great deal of suffering and make care ultimately rendered much more effective.

Here's a web post on related research:

Great to hear such positive responses with regard to liquid biopsy tests. I imagine that can be a great relief to breast cancer sufferers who repeatedly have to have tissue samples removed for recurrent testing.
