Fatigue

I am doing monthly lupron shots and taking anastrazole. Also taking prozac for my moods. I've been feeling very fatigued lately, despite falling asleep early every night. Is this a side effect from meds? I do wake up several times a night either to go to the bathroom or because of hot flashes, so I guess that could contribute. I'm just worried something else is going on.
