I am about two months post surgery from Bi mastectomy. I was diagnosed with DICS in my left breast but opted for double for no worries, no chemo and no radiation. Everyone says how great they feel. I did too but now I am very tired all the time. I can hardly do anything. Any one else feel this way?

    Hi Verytiredstill-

Everyone heals differently and on their own schedule, so it's not unusual for you to still be experiencing some fatigue following your surgery. Are you still experiencing pain and discomfort, or having trouble with mobility? If you're concerned about how tired you're feeling, or are experiencing other symptoms, it's always a good idea to bring it up to your surgeon. But it's important to listen to your body, and take your recovery a day at a time! We hope you start to feel more energized soon, and that your recovery is otherwise going well.
