How long until looks change?

It seems like I've read some of this in various threads along the way. I just had a BMX a week ago and went with direct to implant, above the muscle. I know that things will change (God, I hope so), but for now it's a bit shocking to see how large and flat my "breasts" are. How long does it take for things to get better?

    Hang in there. I had the same reconstruction 2 years ago. In my experience they really don't change much the first 6 months. However after that they change gradually and are what they are going to be at one year. Th difference from beginning to end is dramatic!
