has anybody had TIA's or a stroke from AI's?

I had a TIA. It resolved rapidly, but was scary. Now I have decided to go off my exemestane for a while since I am having surgery and they took me off my aspirin. Also, I am scared to have the surgery in case I stroke out. My onc has no opinion. My neuro says wait to do surgery. It's elective but I have severe chronic post mastectomy pain. The original surgeon was supposed to make me flat but decided to do skin sparing instead. I have lots of breast tissue remaining and it freaks me out.
