Radiation has burnt through my sternum.

I will be having surgery to repair my sternum because radiation burnt completely through it. Anyone else have this side effect

It would help for replies if you would fill out your Profile so there was info about what your TXs have been done. With no info at all it's hard to give and input or thoughts/experiences.

ChemoBrain - I haven't had a similar experience but I just wanted to reach out and acknowledge your struggle. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you. Hopefully someone will come along soon who can offer more supportive information. Good luck and take care
