Any UMX tummy sleepers out there?

Found out today that I will need a mastectomy (right breast) and at this time am not planning on reconstruction (I'll be a uniboober). I'm currently ~36DD and am a tummy sleeper. Are there any other ladies out there that have been able to go back to tummy sleeping after a UMX? Any suggestions?

I am a bilateral mastectomy, with no reconstruction and still can sleep on my tummy. I hope you can as well. My surgery was March 28.
