Breast MRI

I have a bilateral breast MRI scheduled for Monday. They said they DO have breast coils, but that I will be laying on my back in an otherwise "regular" MRI machine. This sounds different from the image I see here on this site and some other reference sites, where the person is laying front side down, so the breasts hang down.

Not sure if I am understanding this all correctly. But I wonder if I should try to get an appointment somewhere else. My breasts are small and somewhat flat already, so I just wonder if laying flat on my back might hide things.

My breast surgeon (who I trust) specifically recommended this place, and I have seen them before for ultrasound and needle aspiration and they were all women and kind and efficient, so I liked that. And obviously they have breast radiologists/specialists there. Also I don't know how quickly I could get an appointment elsewhere.

Am I worrying needlessly? I feel stressed about this new diagnosis and just want to try to do everything as well as possible.

Additional background: dense fibrocystic breasts with many cysts; small B cup. Diagnoses is about 1 cm IDC cribriform pattern and DCIS -- diagnosis from a core needle biopsy. Location is kind of high up, about 12:00, I think about 3 inches from the nipple (estimating). In case any of that matters. I don't know what matters so I'm trying to say everything I can think of lol
