Triple neg breast cancer survivor

i recently finished all my chemo and radiation in march I'm only 36 but also had 19 lymph notes removed from my arms axelary area and breast also my back left shoulder blade. I'm in pain management but my body has no effect of even the strongest medication.can anyone explain why that is?
