Latissimus Dorsi Flap 2nd stage, incision open radiated side :(

Hi everyone. I had my LDF on left side on 2/10/17. What a surgery! I had that side radiated in 2010 with my first cancer diagnosis and this second one was 12/2016. Anyway, I am done filling for now because my incision broke open. He's stitched it up but it is still leaking! I have to wear a pad in my bra every day. It just won't heal up. Is this because of the radiation damage? I'm pretty much done filling. Has anyone else had this problem? The fluid that is coming out is this normal fluid or is this fluid that would "build up" because I have a seroma? Any of you have any ideas? I did have problems with major fluid build up in my back from the incision that he had to drain every week I went in for several weeks. 2nd question, when it is time for my exchange surgery to put the implants in, what am I looking at for time in hospital and recovery? I understand it's out patient, so wondering realistically how long I'll need to be off work? Also, he's going to do a little nip-tuck on my right side (non-cancer side) under my arm.
