I recently learned I carry a CHEK2 mutation (neg for BRCA 1/2). I'd Iove to hear from others with it, especially about whether you have had - or heard about or explored - any treatment decisions based on the mutation, including any clinical trials. I'm interested, for example, whether anyone has tried a PARP inhibitor (which seem to be showing promise for those with BRCA mutations).

My specific mutation is CHEK2 1100delC, but I'd love to hear from one and all.
