Lymphatic Vascular Invasion | Angiolymphatic Invasion: Present

Hi, I am 3 weeks out from full bi-lateral mastectomy and starting chemo(AC 4 rounds) followed by 12 weeks of Taxol, then radiation for 5-6 weeks - all starts this Friday. Are there any of you that at Stage IIIA also had the vascular invasion identified on pathology results? If so, did your surgeon or oncologist indicate a higher likelihood of recurrence?
