Hi there

my name is mike

my wife is 37 and our family is dealing with stage 4 disease

I guess to start - both of us are in family practice and are dealing with this in one form or another like everyone else likely reading this

I will start by saying that the as most know by now - and im sorry for those who are just now finding out - fear/anxiety become the norm and background noise that we function with every day

im already rambling -

frankly im really educated in healthcare and have read about ten PhDs worth of published and unpublished data on this subject for the last 4 years - maybe doing what I never thought I would say im doing which is the primitive drive of a husband trying to solve a problem to make his wife and little children feel ok

sorry - venting now

anyways - here comes the cliché - don't loose hope

summary for you to read - keep in mind my wife had a 1cm node negative luminal b primary - she has had anthrocyline and taxane exposure and (fu3k) the piece of (sh#t) recurred.

no matter your metastatic burden read about:

disulfiram and zinc/copper (in vivo) in combo with:

metformin

high dose statin

asa

celebrex

cimetidine

butyrate

egcg

curcumin

I could talk for week

take this stuff -

it will at least hold it

no guff - raw - I mean raw and I know if sucks - veggie diet with non-peanut nuts and cocoanut/olive/flax oil - no dailry/meat

sorry for abbreviated know-it all post

but I've back checked and referenced the references of unpubished data and studies - start with this if you can

and don't forget to live - have to love that advice - but its true

kisses to you and your families - you are never alone
