Multivariable analysis identified the following factors as independent predictors of lymphedema:

Body mass index (BMI) 24-34.99 - HR 1.49, P=0.006

BMI ≥35 - HR 1.92, P=0.03

ALND versus SLN - HR 2.69, P<0.001

Nodal irradiation - HR 1.91, P=0.008

AC + taxane chemotherapy - HR 2.25, P=0.001

AC without taxane - HR 1.68, P=0.04

Taxane without AC - HR 2.65, P=0.02
