Did anyone else get a surprise when they had. There ct scan done. Such as hiatal hernia, cyst on liver and adrenal adenoma. Little freaked out because all the other parts of the scan showed no metastasis

It is very common.

My scans showed kidney cyst, liver cyst, cyst on the head of my humerous. None of mine were concerning or any reason for follow up or concern.

On my CT on the last day of adjuvant Taxol, it showed in addition to the seroma from UMX still being 6 cm, that I had also developed Gall Bladder Sludge. (Yes, Sludge is a correct medical term.) it's not unusual after chemos (had done 4 DD A/C neoadjuvant and 12 weekly Taxol adjuvant). Sometimes it will disolve but sometimes it will go on to form gall stones. Mine went on to form gall stones, according to a later CT checking for something else. Wouldn't know that if the Scan hadn't shown it as have never had any problems.

YES! I found out that I had something weird with the way one of my main arteries sits (though apparently it rarely causes trouble--but if it does they can treat it), and found out my uterus is tipped kind of funny. I also apparently have some arthritis starting. My tests were negative for any spread, but it was kind of funny to read the tests. I was like, oh, ok?! Whatever. Ha-ha.

my CT showed a 5mm nonspecific pulmonary nodule . They reassure me it is most likely nothing but will watch it. Has freaked me out.
