pain in underside of top part of arm prior to surgery

HI all. waiting for surgery and lately having an achey like feeling on the underside of my arm. do have a hx of bursitis in that shoulder and feels like it is acting up. also occ. get a burning pulling sensation in that area but NOT in the axilla. lymph in axilla clinically negative and u/s and mri were negative.

could it just be the cancer tumour? it is located in the upper outer quadrant and has been achey as well. or perhaps just my bursitis?  have three weeks to wait for surgery now. (will be total 68 days)
