Any pre menopausal women taking Fareston instead of Tamoxifen?

I have read these two drugs are equally effective but that Fareston ( Toramifene) has a much better side effect profile than Tamoxifen and doesn't require the CYP2DX gene to metabolize.

From what I understand it is not widely used in the US and isn't always covered by insurance.

Curious as to anyone's experiences with this......
