Leg & arm pain

Hi. I am about 19 months post mastectomy of my left breast. In the past two to three weeks I have been experiencing severe pain in my shins. And then in the past few days, my left shoulder has been throbbing with pain radiating down to my hands. I don't know whether this rises to the level of concern that I should contact my oncologist. I've read that most none mets are in the femur & it would be unusual for it to be in the shins

Personally, I'd have any new pains checked out by a doctor unless you had done something recently to explain the pain (new exercise regimen?
