Tamoxifen and fermera

I'm so confused about options and doctor says she will discuss with me after radiation therapy is done in June.

I originally wanted and she confirmed I could get ovaries out to decrease amount of estrogen on my body and hopefully prevent a recurrence. She also said that deemed a has a slightly better outcome rate for recurrence tjan tamoxifen. But she now says we have to consider keeping the ovaries or not rush to do surgery since getting ovaries out has other impacts on body. I handle chemo and mx surgery very well so I'm not worried about recovery but what other issues would there be with getting out ovaries.
