    Dear ParakeetsRule,

So glad to hear from you and to know what has transpired since April 2017. But I get that writing, reading, hearing about cancer is not always welcomed when you're going through it. I also check this thread less frequently - spending more time and effort on getting back to normalcy. It will soon be 2 years since my diagnosis. I still have neuropathy in my fingers and feet and occasionally feel that I'm developing lymphedema in my left arm, but haven't had this confirmed. Thank you for sharing that exercise is the best medicine - I haven't been babying myself and had begun to worry that I was overdoing. I'm post menopause so it's letrozole for me - and my biggest complaints are that I can't seem to lose weight (in fact, I'm gaining back what I had lost, which is not pleasing my doctors) and joint pain, which I'm willing to tolerate if the letrozole will keep the cancer at bay (fingers crossed). I'm still working, family and social life are thriving - all in all, life is good!

Thank you for the update, Parakeets. Congratulations on the clear scans! Keep managing your meds in the best way for you. I'm so impressed that you're doing Crossfit! And I wish you the best as you make your decision to have a child. Be well, be happy!
