For those of you who are constantly having log-in issues and having to create a new password in order to access the boards every time you log in, please see below:

Macs are autofilling email addresses into the "Username" field. During the password reset process, the email address is used as the identifier, so that seems to be what the Macs are saving, but then during the log-in process, the username is used as the identifier, which is conflicting with the password.

So, make SURE when you're logging in, you're filling in your Username as your ID (not your email address), and use that along with your password in order to log in correctly.
