Breast Recon Round 2 - Silicone for Gummy Bears

Hello all! I had a bilateral mastectomy 5 years ago due to Paget's disease (cancer) of the nipple and ER, PR, HER neg cancer found within my right breast. My implants have slid down an inch under my skin and I just met with a doc who I really liked and will do an implant exchange and reconstruct the area around the implant so the new one doesn't fall down too. I'm looking to get the gummy bears and wanted to know how you beautiful women feel about your gummy bears and if anyone would be so kind as to direct me to some good pictures of women with gummy bears (reconstruction only please!). I have a really small frame 32 chest, super thin skin, and am tall with a long torso so right now my round silicones look like I'm hosting a pair of topedos on my chest. Much love to all of you!
