Ibrance, Tumor Markers and question about Xeloda?

My 27-29 tumor markets have been going up, last one was at 485. I have been on Ibrance since December 2016(100) and Faslodex since November 2016. So, I'm not sure that the Ibrance is doing much. My onc originally had thought about starting me on xeloda instead of Ibrance. Anyone on Xeloda having success that had tried Ibrance previously?

    I just started on Xeloda after failing on Ibrance and Faslodex, scan next month but pain is much better then it was for a long time, I did Aromason and  Affinitor in between and failed it miserably.

    I am on my 4 week of capecitabine .

    Week on week off. Tumor markers doubled but I came off tamoxifen three weeks before starting xeloda. Hopefully its working. I see onc first week in May. Scans then we will know whats haopenIng. I feel better than before I started so im hopeful.
