Hello Ladies, not sure if I'm looking for answers or just want to vent. This is Meria54, just been diagnosed with two lumps, this time.Done had the mammo, ultrasound then biospy. Each been in the same place at least once. It's been just over 14 months from my last bout.(Feb 2016) Time is definitely getting closer. Went from 31 months in between returns to 14 months, within 7 years.(May 2010-April 2017) Yeah, I'm batting over an thousand. Met with my surgeon today, have CT Scan Wed plus get to see my therapist Tues. If there is anyone who has been though this as many times as me, please, please get in touch with me. I will be more than happy to give you my email or phone number. I'm not strong. I'm not giving up. I'M JUST TIRED !!! Believe it or not, I'm lost for words!!! Thank you ladies.....just been shaking my head for the past two weeks....

Have you never taken any of the hormonals such as femara, arimidex or tamoxifen?  Seems to me you must be reaching a lifetime max for the taxanes, and I certainly understand your angst.  I went through ACT chemo on my original diagnosis, but not since then.  I am currently on faslodex and Ibrance.
