Today I got my fourth opinion concerning a revision from my Natrelle 410 FF's. I have been dissatisfied since I woke up in OR after the exchange but gave it 10 months and am still unhappy.

The surgeon today said Lefty's pocket is too small, which has prevented the implant from settling in the pocket, resulting in a high, smooshed appearance. Righty's pocket is too large, and the implant has rotated 30 degrees, which accounts for the "baby head" sensation in my right armpit.

The surgeon suggested we remove the 410's and replace them with smooth silicones. We are going to use the new (came out in October 2016) Natrelle Inspira SCX. They are a cohesive (gummy) implant with extra high projection.

The surgeon also suggests placing these above the pecs, instead of below them as my 410's are. She wants to do some contouring in the upper poles with fat grafting, about 200 cc's in each side.

FWIW, the surgeon is not using textured implants in her practice anymore. She feels it's better to be safe than sorry and doesn't want regrets in case the incidence of lymphoma is greater than now believed.

Has anyone revised from sub-pectoral placement to pre-pectoral? Anyone gotten the Inspira SCX? Any comments?

Thanks for reading.
