Looking for referral in NJ

Hello,
I was diagnosed with DCIS in February and also found out I am BRCA1+ this past August. I have decided on bilateral mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction, but am now very worried about limited choice of doctors on my insurance plan and possible complications. Has anyone on this forum used Dr. Richard Agag at Robert Wood Johnson (formerly Albany) for DIEP flap? I am hoping someone here has used him and can tell me if they were happy with him.
