Radiation Side effects- 5 weeks in...

Hi All,
I am in my 5th week of radiation treatments and it has gotten quite uncomfortable. Can anyone give me any suggestions on tightness under the arm, I have limited range of motion, itchiness, and my bra strap hurts the area. I even have pain at the drain site not sure if all of this is scar tissue from the radiation. Please help...
