Does anyone else have Breast Implants with fibro breast?

I wish I never did get breast implants when I was young because I worry they cant see everything. I have dull ache in right breast and under my arm pit down my arm. I always get a mamo and then ultra sound. I will make my appt tomorrow. Does anyone have implants with this problem? My Mom died on June 12th 2016 of breast cancer that spread every where. I miss her so much. I am nervous. I just turned 52. Thanks.
