Routine MRI's to check ruptures?

For those that have implants, does your doctor do the FDA recommended 2-3 year MRI to check for silent ruptures? I'm curious if this is being done for most or not. My PS never does them unless there is a problem, despite the manufacturer and FDA recommend he does.

It would be helpful to know if you have saline or silicone too in your response.
