Hi I was wondering if anyone can advise me please, I finished 20 sessions of radiation on February 1st, the radiation doctor said at my check up to not swim for 3 months, I don't know if that's because of the chlorine irritating the skin or pain in breasts from swimming strokes I don't go swimming (only on holidays) so I didn't ask. My cousin is treating my sister and I to a spa tomorrow I'm having a facial looking forward to it but I've realised there is a steam room hydra bath thermal room etc are they to be avoided or can I avail of these can anyone advise I had no skin irritation whatsoever ever with radiation. Thanks

I would call the place you had your radiation tx and ask them those questions.
