anyone have one diep and one implant

Just wondering if anyone has one breast diep surgery and one silicone implant. Do the breasts look much different than eachother with a tshirt on. any helpful words and tips appreciated

I have one Tram-flap one implant and mine do not look different with clothes on. I have excellent Plastic Surgeon. With out clothes they are sisters but not twins and neither were my native breasts.
