Menstrual period started again 14 days after radiotherapy?

I just turned 52 , and since 12 month ago, march 2016 and did not have any menstrual period.

In noviembre 2016 I had a mammogram that was abnormal. Also a transvaginal ultrasound that was normal.

In January after the biopsy I was detected with breast cancer and I had a lumpectomy.

I started radiotherapy three weeks ago, I had 14 sessions, I am in the middle of the treatment.

Now my irradiated breast is swollen and the other a little bit. Today I had a period after 12 months without. Has anybody experienced this during the radiotherapy treatment?
