Er and pr neg bone biopsy

My path report says a1 pankeratin positive then underneath it has all the b1 listed out with positive and negative results. The er and pr are negative. Not enough sample. I fell apart at work thursday and ran home to moms with my family. I read somewhere on this site that bone biopsy could be wrong for hormone receptirs. I have been on arimidex for 5 years. I wwasnt reliable with taking it everyday. I have several lesions on my spine and pelvis. I guess im stage 4 now. Oh and the bx report calls it matastatic breast cancer. It didnt say it was ilc or idc. Any info is appreciated. Thank yo
