Biopsy for calcification, second time around

I had a stereotactic biopsy of my breast, and had breast cancer of this breast over ten years ago. I've had regular mammograms since then, but this time around I had to have a digital mammogram, and an ultrasound, and finally the biopsy, I'm wondering, what's the likelihood of my cancer coming back,? Okay, well there are many studies looking at just that very question. Researchers are still learning many things about DCIS, and what either keeps it from progressing to IDC or encourages it to do so.

do you know your stats (ER/PR/HER2, size and grade of tumor and architecture pattern)? these are factors that are being studied to determine which types of DCIS have the highest likelihood of recurrence. Also, what was your treatment? (lx vs mx, rads or not, tamox or AI or not) that is the another factor at play. Other issues are your age at first diagnosis, and if there are any family history (genetic mutations) at work. When women with a history of DCIS do have a recurrence, it can be either DCIS again, or IDC.
