Taxol weekly or biweekly?

My sister was diagnosed with IDC and is getting ready to finish her course of adriamycin/cytoxan, she is conficted about whether to go weekly or biweekly. With weekly treatments there will be no Neulasta and she loves this idea but it's 12 weeks, the other option is 4 treatments but she will have to have the Neulasta injector.
Does anyone have any feedback pros/cons with either option? She is wondering if the side effects will be less with weekly treatments.
If anyone can help we would certainly appreciate your feedback.

I did the weekly taxol. I have heard that weekly is easier, but everyone is different. I did well on taxol. Good luck to your sister.
