Im er and pr neg to bone. I dont know there her status cause pathology said theree wasnt enough stuff. What are my treatment options. Do i still need to take arimidex cause my primaryy is er pr positive. Im just lost. Im 47 and 5 years passed dx.

    Bone mets can appear to be er/pr- when they are not actually er/pr- because of the difficulty sampling them sometimes.  What does your MO say?  My MO never biopsied, just put me on xgeva along with the AI I was taking.
