Recommendation for online forum for husband

I've joined this anonymously as a husband of a wife who had a double mastectomy in 2015. I would like recommendations for online forums where I can discuss my issues with others related to our sex life after her surgeries.

BTW, no need to read her bio. In short, we're in our mid-60's; married for 25+ years; both very fit and always healthy diets; she was stage 1B; taking hormone blocker; lucky girl did not need chemo or radiation; she chose flap roll up reconstruction to minimize risks related to implants and there are significant scars and disfigurements that will go a way with time. She has returned to her advanced fitness regimen.
