Recommendations for second opinion in the UK

I have been mostly happy with the treatment I have received from my oncologist to date (2 years stage 1 and 1 year stage 4), but I feel it is now time to get a second opinion as the route forward is not obvious. I would be very grateful for any recommendations or advice from anyone who has gone down this road. I'm HER2+ with mets to the bone, lymph nodes and possibly lung. I live in the UK. Many thanks.
