Regional Lymph Node Radiation - Any problems with this?

Anyone care to comment on their experience with regional lymph node radiation which includes the internal mammary nodes, the medial supraclavicular nodes and the axillary nodes? I will be having this due to 1 axillary node with a micro deposits of .3mm and .7mm. Did you have any heart or lung issues following this treatment. Any lymphedema problems?
