Radiation effects on lymphedema and implants?

I had breast cancer in 2011 and had a mastectomy followed by TE then silicone implant. No chemo or radiation. This January I had axillary node dissection because of a cancerous lump in my right arm pit. 1 node out of 17 was positive. Strong ER+ slight PR + HER2+. I've refused chemo and they want to radiate my arm pit, chest and clavicle. Will this make my lymphedema worse? It is currently not too bad. Will it harm my implant? Anyone with experience on this subject? I am having a terrible time trying to make a decision on what to do. I will be taking Femera and will recieve Herceptin/Perjeta.
