Surgical biopsy 1 week after FNA biopsy

Hey beautiful ladies

Bit nervous on my first post and even more nervous that I've been stalking these pages like I was a super hero who has a family history, but 7 begin lumps.. super hero status is not set in stone apparently! Lol

Anyway 2 was ago via mammogram and ultrasound Drs discovered one of my lumps has grown, the radiologist assured me it was not cancer and made jimmies about how through doctors have to be these days..

So apparently just as a precaution I had a FNAB biopsy 4 days ago

Cut to this afternoon when I saw my GP - the pathology repot and my GP are insisting on another biopsy , but this time a surgical tissue biopsy as I have a code 3 atypical lesion with inflated cells

I'm 35yrs old in the early eighties my mums sister passed from breast cancer @36yrs old.. in the mid nineties my dads sister passed from breast cancer @ 43yrs

My mum came to my appointment this arvo and is more stressed out than me... we just had an argument about milk??!! (She's sleeping over at my place tonight)

I'm not scared as I've always felt I'm not long for this earth but I'm so concerned about my mum, she's acting crazy!!

Anyone else been in this position??
